Technical Parameters Material Spec: Aluminum, aluzinc, galvanized and pre-painted galvanized steel sheet Thickness: 0.3 mm to 0.7mm (perfect is 0.4mm-0.6mm) Main motor power: 5.5 kw Hydraulic station power: 5.5 kw Feeding width: 1200mm Cover width: 780mm Coil stress: Q235 Mpa(33KSI); maximum stress yield is Q345Mpa (50KSI) Producing Speed: 3~4 m/min. (including the speed of step pressing and cutting) Cutting Tolerance:≤±2.5mm ( length≤ 5000mm) ; ≤±3mm ( 5000mm < length ≤ 10000mm) Manual Uncoiler: max. capacity: 5000kgs Stands number: at least 13 stands (13 groups of rollers) Type of cutting: Roll-formed and length-set cutting

Electric Elements: PLC control panel, transducer imported from Mitsubishi of Japan. Other Elements: from famous suppliers in China. Cutter Blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment. 4. Process sketch Uncoiling the sheet --- Infeed guiding --- Roll forming --- Step pressing ---Measure length --- Cutting the panel --- Panels to the supporter (option: Automatic Stacker).
