This machine is suitable for color steel coil and PET color aluminum film, pure aluminum film composite, PVC composite(color steel tile), stainless steel and color film composite(home appliances, door panels). The humanized design of this machine is advanced, and the machine is equipped with cantilever retracting and unwinding. Lifting sports car, centering device, winding high-precision edge device, saving time and effort. The ultra-long storage rack enables the change of the roll without stopping. This adopts new electromagnetic heating, which has low heat loss, strong stability, fast production speed and reliable fastness. The whole production line of the machine is automatic constant tension, saving manpower and time. Simultaneous double-sided compounding, single-side embossing, and embossing.

Steel Laminating Machine Product Process:
Adopt plastic film(PET,PP,PE) combined with metal plate through hot melting or bonding, which has solved the corrosivity of metal plate and metal container, both has the decorating, barrier of plastic film and the malleability, figurability of metal sheet. Metal plate: tinplate , chromium plated iron, galvanized sheet, base plate (SPCC, SPHC, Q195) Plastic film:PET, PP, PE ,Resin-film etc. Film color:White film, transparent film, aureate film, color film, laser film and so on.
